data incomplete displayed in copy instance.

i have 2 instances of sierra, i load futurs data from one in the second instance and datas are incomplete displayed (only 4 weeks) while in source instance datas are correctly displayed more than 2 years (in intraday-chart type). Parameters in chart setting in the copy are same as source instance. have you got an idea of the reason of my problem ? thanks |

As long as the data is in the source/server instance it will be accessible in the sub instance.
