Crude Oil Brent-NYMEX data missing

I opened a new chart of Crude Oil Brent- NYMEX (SC) But some of the chart data is missing for example, from 1st till 18th Sep 2016. I have attached the screenshot of chart and chart settings. I am using the updated version of the software.

There were two problems with the settings for the symbol.

They have both been corrected. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

The next step is to re-download all the data in the chart:

I have gone through the process explained in the above two links and at chart was downloading the data but then nothing appeared. The whole chart is blank. I tried restarting the software, re-downloading the data, etc but no joy. The charts are working fine but only the SC chart doesn't seem to show any data. I have attached the screenshot of the chart settings.

That actually is not the correct symbol for what you want.

The underlying symbol is QA. Use this. It is listed under File >> Find Symbol >> Futures -Energies

First update the symbol settings as explained here:
