Hi,

I am trying to practice my strategy on the Sierra Chart and I have noticed that the data for the Market Replay is not compatible with other data in other platforms. The only one that seems to be off is the Sierra Chart data with CQG from the AMP. I have provided a screen shot of three different platforms Sierra Chart, Tradingview, and Tradestation. I highlighted where the most obvious discrepancy is in the doji's, but there are more than those highlighted.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this issue?

When you re-download the data as explained in help topic 2.1.2, do you notice that it then looks the same as the other programs. Here are instructions:

I have re-downloaded the data and the discrepancy remains the same. The problem remains unsolved and the support to solve this problem is beyond delayed at this point. There should be no difference in the data and yours is the one that is off because the others use the data that all the professionals use. I brought this up with AMP who I get the CQG data from and they are saying that it is a problem on Sierra Charts end. Please stop beating around the bush and let's solve the problem. I did everything in Topic 43. There has got to be a better way to solve this problem than this board.

The reason for the problem has been discovered. It was a time stamping issue on one of our servers. This was completely unexpected and it is not a problem we have ever encountered before.

The data has been corrected. Re-download the data and it will be corrected. Also the response time is reasonable.

In the Support Board is the best contact method.

The comment about beating around the bush does not make sense. We had you perform a specific procedure and we wanted to see what the result is and then we would have performed further checks if it did not correct it.
