Hi, I visited the referenced page but I cannot find a way to send an email alert, only a sound alert. I also checked Global Settings >> General Trade Settings but couldn't find a way to set up an email alert? The alert manger messages also reference the inferred ability to set email alerts... "No alert sound/email set" but I also can't seen to find the method to set an email alert? Apologies in advance if I am missing something simple.

Question regarding "Number of Times to Play This Alert" Does this get set to 0 if no sound alert is required, just an email alert. Trying to find a way to send email without hearing the alert. thanks

No, that is not a way to prevent the alert sound from playing. You just need to record a sound file that is empty and has no sound. That would be the way to do it. Sorry I should have said disable simulated and enable live trades, at the same time. i wish to get mails from live trades and not the sim trades i may take during the same session i am currently receiving both

This is not supported and is not an option that we would add. When in Trade Simulation Mode you can change the Alert Number associated with order fill alerts and then make sure that is not set to send an email.
