can not connect to cqg and I try the same cqg on ninja trade and no problem so the problem is on sierra chart , what do I need to do ? I reset my computer to factory and reistal sierra chart it that can be the proble ? it was working fine before

For an issue like this you definitely do not have to reset your computer or reinstall Sierra Chart.
