See attached Chartbook please.
3 charts
1 - 5 min ZB
2 & 3 - 1 min ZB

Chart 2 and 3 are identical except the background bar code.
1 says that the 5 min Avg2 > Avg3 (Chart3)
the other says Avg2 >= Avg3 (Chart2)

The 5 minute chart shows that Avg2 > Avg3 since 8:30 this morning.
I would expect the results on chart2 with the code of chart 3 as well.

Can you point out what I am missing?

We do not understand this, and this question is not within the scope of our support.

If you have a very simple question about an alert formula, you need to clearly express it without the use of a Chartbook.

What is the scope of your support?
The formula in the alert condition does not work as expected.
AND(ID1.SG2>ID1.SG3,CROSSFROMBELOW(ID7.SG1,ID7.SG2))

This formula works
AND(ID1.SG2>=ID1.SG3,CROSSFROMBELOW(ID7.SG1,ID7.SG2))

I thought that the inclusion of a picture (via chartbook) would have made it impossible to misunderstand or screw up. I stand corrected.

You need to understand it is quite a lot of effort and time for us to understand what it is you are trying to accomplish to begin with and why you are getting the result that you do.

Our policy is stated here:

A Chartbook can be helpful to us, but we need this simplified down to a single chart, a single study and a single formula and a simple explanation. Or at least simplified down to the minimum needed to demonstrate what is needed to understand the question.

Otherwise, it is getting too complicated.
