Error Connecting to TransAct

Hi, When I attempt to trade live with TransAct, my orders are immediately cancelled. Below is the error I'm recieving. Thanks.

Follow the instructions here to reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

That should resolve the problem.

I'm connected to the datafeed, but it seems that I'm not properly connected to the order server at TransAct.

When I set a limit order the order is immediately cancelled, and it does not show my balance under the balance tab of Order and Positions.

The only thing that can cause this would be previously having Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On enabled and then not reconnecting to the data feed after disabling it.

Did you try reconnecting to the data feed anyway?

I previously had Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On, then I disabled it. Then it said click ok to trade live, I did. The log then said I was connected to TransAct data server and order server.

Then I place a buy limit order below the current price, and the order is immediately cancelled before it's placed. Also, under the Balance tab, it is completely blank.

We just now realized what the problem is.

Reconnect to the data feed again and you will be able to trade.

Thanks, what did you did to correct it?

I still have one problem, I don't see my balance under the balance tab in the order and positions window?

We needed to enable TransAct trading in your account.

The TransAct trading service does not providing Account Balance data.

Thank you very much for correcting this.

Is there any way to show balances? I don't trade at night so I can't check it out till tomorrow, but will it show in the position window?

You will have to ask your broker about how to see their Account Balance data.

The Trade Positions will display on the Positions tab on the Trade Orders and Positions window.

Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

One last question... was there a way for me to enable TransAct trading in my account, so I can let my broker know? He was unable to correct the problem earlier today.
