Hi, I can´t login into Sierra Chart (sw for trading and analysis, not my account). I downloaded Prerelease version (Help>>Download Prerelease) and I can´t login into Sierra Chart now. I tried to restart my PC for two times. How can I solve it? Thanks. Regards |

At the present time newer versions of Sierra Chart do not support Windows XP because we are using a newer Microsoft compiler. We are still seeing if we can support Windows XP. For now follow through the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#Rollback Install version 1448. Let us know if you have any further problem.
