Dear Support
I think this may be a specific request (Paid support) as although I've read through the following help sections that refer to the Chart Settings >> Main and Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2: - Price Display Format - Tick Size - Currency Value Per Tick … I’m still struggling a little. It would I'm sure be helpful if I purchased/book a telephone support call, if at all possible? The help files are as usual all there but I am a little confused by the current default symbol data for the Sierra Chart FXCM data service. As a simple example I’ll use 3 Major pairs, GBPUSD; EURUSD; USDJPY. Of course I realize you know this but as an example. The first 2 have a Pip/Pts. Size 1/10,000; 0.0001 JPY Counter 1/100; 0.01 Price Display is typically 0.0001/0.01 however FXCM's fractional Pips/Pts. display as the 5th and 3rd decimal place respectively. I’m assuming this is the reason behind the multiplier but as it’s so important I’d rather and if possible pay for support. Many thanks for such a superb product. Sierra Chart Support |
