HI
I HAVE JUST SIGNED UP FOR REAL TIME DATA FEED WITH SIERRA ($35 A MONTH)+ EXCHANGES FEES $3.25.. IM AN AUTHORIZED USER ON LIVE ACCOUNT WITH AMP ( CQG DATA) . IM ONLY INTERESTED IN TRADING CRUDE OIL/NYMEX/WTI SYMBOL CLU - WHEN I CONNECT TO SC DATA I DONT HAVE REAL TIME DATA WHEN I CONNECT WITH AMP/CQG LOGIN I STILL DONT GET REL TIME DATA BUT AT THE SAME TIME I GET DISCONNECTED FROM NINJA PLATFORM WHICH IM USING TO EXECUTE LIVE TRADES AND SIERRA CHARTS FOR SET UPS ONLY . IS THERE ANY WAY TO BE CONNECTED TO CRUDE OIL FUTURES SIERRA CHARTS ( REAL SC TIME DATA) AND NINJA PLATFORM AT THE SAME TIME ?

The first step is to update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions:

Unless you have a dependency on Old Spreadsheets?

Make sure the Symbol Settings are up to date:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

Follow through the instructions here to connect once to your CQG account once:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

The above step requires that you are running the current version of Sierra Chart otherwise it has no effect.

And then make sure you are using the symbol CLU16 when using SC Data-All Services.

I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS , I GUESS I HAD PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF OLD SPREADSHEETS. EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT .I HAVE REAL TIME DATA ON BOTH SC AND NINJA , JUST CANCELED MY DTN.IQ ACCOUNT
