The first step is to update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions:

Make sure the Symbol Settings are up to date:

Follow through the instructions here to connect once to your CQG account once:

The above step requires that you are running the current version of Sierra Chart otherwise it has no effect.

And then make sure you are using the symbol CLU16 when using SC Data-All Services.
