download to new version causes "no usage time remaining"

a:

i just downloaded the current version and i see message log says that there is "no usage time remaining"
i made a payment on july 12. anyhow i was connected to ib this morning.

b:

the renko charts in my chartbook show a blank screen; other charts (range and minute) are working fine

i was using version 784.

ps may be i need the account name and password of the paid accout

ps there may be a mix up with a free trial account(with no usage time remaining) i had long time ago; just guessing

so if you hook me back on to my account that has time remaining then it will get sorted out.

You have two accounts, a paid account and an expired trial account. You have logged into Sierra Chart using the expired account.

You will need to restart Sierra Chart, and at the Login step enter your paid account Account Name and Password:

Your paid account Account Name and Password have been sent to your email.

You are currently using the trial account to login to the Support Board. Please first login with your paid account to the Support Board and Submit a New Reply. After that we will disable your trial. This is to make sure that you will be able to use the Support Board after account is disabled.

every thing back to normal. thank you


one more question: in the left top corner of the chart it shows "Trade quantity and price; DPL" which i am assuming is a new feature of the program. is there a way remove it from the chart; its just i am not used to it as it was not showing in last version (784) that i was using

You can remove the Daily Profit/Loss through Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings.
