a: i just downloaded the current version and i see message log says that there is "no usage time remaining" i made a payment on july 12. anyhow i was connected to ib this morning. b: the renko charts in my chartbook show a blank screen; other charts (range and minute) are working fine i was using version 784. ps may be i need the account name and password of the paid accout ps there may be a mix up with a free trial account(with no usage time remaining) i had long time ago; just guessing so if you hook me back on to my account that has time remaining then it will get sorted out. please help thanks ps may be i need the account name and password of the paid account Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-07-19 18:11:05
