tool values window is black

My tools value window has gone completely black - I don't see any values. Any idea why that might be? |

The Chart Values shows fine. I think the chart Values only shows the values of the last bar I normally don't use it. I normally use the Tools Value (Alt+V) with the cross hair so I can see historic values The Tools Value is black regardless of color settings. So do you actually have the Chart Values tool active at this time and the Tool Values window is still blank? It is next to impossible for that to be a problem. We have never heard of that before. Try restarting Sierra Chart.
