I've had to reinstall Windows and in the instructions for the FXCM Set Up it states:

Use Data Feed 2: Set this to True to use a different FXCM price feed with different Bid and Ask spreads.

There was nothing about this in the settings sent by FXCM and I'm not sure what to set it to. Does it make any difference if I am only using FXCM on this platform?

It does make a difference and we are not sure what it should be set to but it affects the Bid and Ask prices. You can see these prices through Window >> Current Quote Window when a chart is active. Try setting it to True and also to False.

Each time you make a change follow the instructions here to reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Use the setting that gives you the prices that are correct according to your FXCM account.
