I'm suddenly getting the message Download Failed in a red box when I load a chart and it updates. I was fooling around with the data services settings earlier trying to fix incorrect Value Area Levels, but got nowhere with it and now I'm getting this message... The only thing I did was switch over to the Sierra Chart Data feed to see if I'd still have the same problem with value area levels... then switched back to Rithmic... and now I'm getting this download failed message. Thanks.

That might not be unusual over the weekend with Rithmic.

Wait until Sunday evening and let us know if you still have a problem.
