Hello, Sierra since yestersday is slow (every act takes 60sec.) and mostly not Responding. Chart is not moving at all.
Strange things happenning on NQ (AMP / CQG). NORMALLY on upper-left is 1sec.NQ with Ask/Bid Volume (just black and no lines), lower-left is 15sec.NQ with Delta, in middle is NQ 2mins. Numberbars, and on upper-right is NQ 2min.with Volume profile. Rest is normal. Dont know what to do with it.

Well. Thought picture will be from whole screen. Picture posted is as the discrabed as middle one - as Numberbars (Footprins).

Select File >> Disconnect.


Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings


Go to each chart and apply the Symbol Settings as explained here:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

Go to the chart that you posted an image of and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

In the last three weeks, there have been incidents of historical data corruption due to apparently some network operator corrupting the data. We want to see if that is what is happening in your case.

Hello,
previous thing was gone but now i have now way to start Sierra.
When it's started it's loading date for long time (waiting to download historical data-yellow window, not connected). Sierra shows couple charts only and keeps loading. But it stops in midle of process whole thing collapses down.
Don't know what to do with.

1. Update Sierra Chart to the current version to ensure you have the current version:

Hi,
Version is 1454.
On my setting (Data Storage Unit) was 1-Tick (using tick data for numbers bars). Followed steps above. Deleted some Chartbooks (not used). Now charts and chartbooks works partly.
Some studies are gone (only mark as DLL left). Vwap is gone and when added again only Custom Study DLL appear with no settings. Same with 2 more studies.
TPO is not working and
Between dates 7/6/16 - 17/8/16 are no dates.
In Chart settings >> Adv.Sett. 2 >> is not working chart Linking.

hello,
(some updates)
1) chart linking is working
2)there are still empty dates. Between dates 7/6/16 - 17/8/16 are no dates.
3) Downloaded study is visible in ADD Custom Study but button ADD is death. Vwap study button is alive, but when moved to the chart than is there as DLL only - empty settings and nothing in charts. TPO is not working.

3. It sounds like you are having an abnormal shutdown of Sierra Chart when using the Add Custom Study button on the Chart Studies window.

This is caused by a faulty DLL file. Use Sierra Chart only in "Safe Mode". Refer to this help topic:

Hi,
In Normal mode VWap Study works.
In Safe mode VWap is NOT working. (in added Studies is as DLL- not like vwap)

I was going through upper topic and nothing mentioned from that topic occurs. No freezing or other problems.
My DLL studies were working in past. I know they work for others to.

My DLLs are visible in Add Study. But when my study is Highlighted than "Add" button is grey and death (no chance to click on).

Any idea?

It again changed.
Now in Normal Mode (pic#1) some Added DLLs works. Did not try all.
In Safe mode (pic#2) NONE of them works. Vwap is not working in safe mode to.
