Hello SC team, is there a way to call Commodity open interest instead of a contract open interest using existing study somehow? I mean open interest for all available contracts within a certain commodity (e.g. total open interest for all CL contracts thru 2023). The data certainly available via CQG and I can plot it as a study with CQG front-end. I believe it also can be accomplished with SC data feed.
Or any other way to achieve that in SC? As well would be nice to have total Commodity volume for NYMEX and CBOT contracts. Thanks.

Yes this is supported.

Refer to Note 5 here:
Notes and Futures Symbol Format

So you just need to add the proper suffix to the symbol when opening a Historical chart.

That's great! The only downside it doesn't show OI for yday, so I can actually see latest OI for Jul 26. Any solution? I tried CLU16-T with "SC-All services". Thanks.

No, there is no solution to this. The Open Interest data is simply delayed.

Right, the latest is always available for yday, but not other day. In the example above I see other day OI, not yesterday's one. Otherwise, what did you mean by delayed?

If there is incorrect or missing Open Interest data for prior days, follow the instructions in help topic 2.2.2:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.2.2: Correcting Data Errors by Downloading the Data Again

If you do not see open interest data for the recent days, it is just not available.
