The error does not occur if I UNCheck General Settings Periodically Set System Date Time from Server.

But when I do this, in a while I get an error message from Sierra that time is not synchronized.

How to fix?

Therefore, you cannot use the feature to set your system date-time from the server. More information about this is here:
Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu)

This means your computer's time is not being maintained accurately. This is unusual. You would really need to contact your computer hardware provider about this.
