Hi,

The Bid & Ask Prices Chart Study is showing incorrectly on my charts.

I am using a 5 minute bar chart, using intraday NYMEX CL Futures (September contract).

The study should show the closing values of the bid and ask prices at the end of each 5 minute period.

It is plotting values that are 100 times correct value.

e.g. Bid = 45.67, Ask = 45.68, but the study plots 4567 and 4568 respectively. If I display the Bid and Ask prices values as text instead of lines using "Value of Subgraph", the values come out as 4567.00 and 4568.00 respectively.

Many Thanks.

EDIT: I have reproduced the same issue in ES Futures, but appears to be ok for the SP500 CFD feed.

EDIT2: Corrected typo from "4598.00" to "4568.00"

Is that chart scrolled to the very end of the chart window? Select Chart > Go to End of Chart.

This is completely normal.

There is no problem here at all.

Those Bid and Ask lines are only updated when there is a trade.

I see. Could be possible to add a function to the Bid & Ask Prices Chart Study which would match with still changing DOM bid/ask spread?

Yes that can be done at the last bar.

We will see about adding that capability.
