Exporting Continuous Tick

I am having trouble exporting continuous tick data from charts. I have followed the instructions posted for setting up a continuous contract and it works in the sierra chart software but when I export the data I only get the tick data for the current month and it goes back further than I set the chart up for. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

The behavior you are seeing is expected. To do what you want requires that you use this command instead: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/EditMenu.html#ExportBarDatatoText However, really it is not recommended because setting the chart bars to 1 tick per bar and exporting a continuous futures contract chart is going to take a long time and freeze Sierra Chart during that time. Thank you for your help. I was able to export data in 1 min increments which will work for me.
