Sierra Chart not Connecting

I have been cleaning up my programs. Not sure which program has been uninstalled that may cause the connection problem. Would you please provide the list of software requirements for making the Sierra Chart working properly.

If Sierra Chart starts, then your system has what is required.

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

We see your Sierra Chart account is expired and that would be the reason for the connection problem. But we will look at the Message Log to confirm.
