I am trying to use the Color Background Based on Alert Condition. I want to color the chart background either RED or Green according to if a moving average is above or below a different moving average. I have tried many combinations but still getting errors???
This is what I am trying to do

=(ID2.SG1>ID4.SG1)

The formula looks correct.

What is the error message that you see in Window >> Alerts Manager >> Alerts Log?

Select the Alert line, select Edit >> Copy Selection and paste it here.

Remove the space after ID2:
=(ID2.SG1< ID4.SG1)

We will solve this in the next release.
