CME spreads not loading

Clicking on "Get spreads" basically does nothing. I'm running release 1439.

It works for us. We tested both servers. No problem.

Make sure you are selecting one of the symbols in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures Spreads. Tell us one of the symbols it does not work for.

Literally any symbol. I select the CL or HO spreads and click "get spreads" and nothing happens. I'll restart after the markets close and let you know if that has something to do with it. Nothing in the logs either when I click on "get spreads" so there's not much for me to diagnose without using external tools.

Nope this absolutely doesn't work for me. I just updated to 1440 as part of the restart and CME spreads still do nothing when I click on "Get spreads". *However* ICE spreads *do* work.

We cannot reproduce this problem. It is very unlikely to be a server-side issue.

We also tested this with Interactive Brokers and still could not reproduce.

We will have to add some additional logging.

However, perform an update of the Symbol Settings as explained here:

It might have something to do with that.

Updating symbol settings fixed the issue.
