Hi,

I come from a platform that provides a way to have average volume per bar for an average number of days. This is very useful to me. Is there a way to do this in Sierra. I have attached file to display more clearly what I am saying.

Furthermore, is it possible to have price levels loaded from a csv file?

The general way to do this is to apply the Volume study to a Historical Daily chart and then add a Moving Average study which is Based On the Volume study. Refer to:

The closest that is available is the Spreadsheet study:

Adding an SMA doesn't produce the same type of data that I have requested. IRT provides this. Can you not do it?

Have a look at the Relative Volume study.
