Connection lost when limit order sent (Rithmic)

From today, I'm experiencing problem with Rithmic, when I place limit order (in chart DOM), Sierra has been disconnected and in graphs is "Order sent" line. I was check positions with Rithmic platform, order has been placed (and filled), but no attached stop and target orders sent. Checked on two computers, same problem.

You are having a connectivity problem to Rithmic:

If at all possible we recommend using another trading platform service other than Rithmic because the connection is much more simplified to other services. Have a look at CQG:

I know, I'm using Rithmic Paper Trading server because of TopstepTrader commisions.

The problem is bigger than I thought. Topstep Trader support cannot switch my Combine account from Rithmic to other service without terminating current account and setting new. I cant trade.

I think that is a problem in the communication protocol, there might be some change on the part Rithmic. (Paper trading server)

i have the same problem. started yesterday when placing market orders too. trading a topstep combine as well.

I as well, have the same issue. Rithmic data & TopStep combine. The problem started yesterday (6/30/2016) and still having the issue today.
