Sent message log. same problem as yesterday Windows error 10061. tried restarting computer with same result. worked ok for a while yesterday, but stopped again this morning

Is your ISP Charter Communications? The issue is not Sierra Chart. It is an ISP issue on your side.

We are going to be releasing a new version today with new connection details. We apologize for the delay with this but there was a lot of other work that had to be completed first.

Although we do not know if the new connection details will work. You could still have the same problem. Who is your broker? As an alternative you can use CQG or CTS instead of Rithmic which you are currently using. Both of these are supported:

ISP is Charter- don't have much other choice. Broker is Trade Pro / Dorman. They tell me CQG is not as fast (not preferred)

Follow the instructions here to update to prerelease 1432 and see if it resolves the problem:
