Rithmic Connection

hello, I lost my connection to rithmic (optimus futures) and have not been able to sign back on all day. When I hit the connect button it just stays yellow and connecting.....

Is the an issue today ? Not sure if it is a rithmic issue or sierra issue. I am sending my log to you for analysis.

I am having the same issue. I'm on the west coast.
I've found I can log into the R-Trader using the US-West gateway.
I've been using the Chicago gateway as instructed which is not connecting.
There seems to be an issue with the Chicago gateway. My broker asked me to see if Sierra Chart can look into adding Rithmic's other gateways.
But it seems the real issue may by with Rithmic.

Issue still has not been resolved. Did rithmic ever respond with a timeframe for a fix ?

Can you tell us what ISP you are using?

Rithmic also provided new connection details for us to use. We do not see why that should matter because the ones that we have been using previously were working fine but we are going to be updating them over the next 2 hours and put out a new release.

My Internet Service Provider is Charter Communications. Its a cable connection. I do not use WIFI.

Yes that is the one that Rithmic mentioned where there is a problem. Rithmic has made some changes apparently to routing.

In order to flush the DNS which is necessary to get the new connection information, could you restart the computer and try connecting to Rithmic again from Sierra Chart.
