I am having the same issue. I'm on the west coast. I've found I can log into the R-Trader using the US-West gateway. I've been using the Chicago gateway as instructed which is not connecting. There seems to be an issue with the Chicago gateway. My broker asked me to see if Sierra Chart can look into adding Rithmic's other gateways. But it seems the real issue may by with Rithmic.
