Does anybody know if IB provides Tick data? Can I produce Renko charts in Ticks with an IB feed?

No they do not. Interactive Brokers data is nothing but a pure nightmare. Stay away from using their data. Use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

You will also need to update Sierra Chart to the current version.

We would recommend CQG.

What about DTN IQ? The only reason I ask is because they are willing to sell tick data to IB customers and do the CME fee waivers. I don't see CQG offering that. Your experience on this is helpful. Thanks.

You do not need to use IQ Feed and instead we recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is better supported by us.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed also supports using it with Interactive Brokers:

You can take advantage of the reduced CME exchange fees in this case.

I trade Dax Futures and NQ off of Renko charts in ticks. So you're telling me SC provides EUREX Tick data? Not Ger30 but actual EUREX and CME tick data?

For unfiltered tick data I'm subscribing to "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 3.25 USD/month" for NQ's and "Eurex: Price 15.75 USD/month." for DAX mini Futures?

I currently have Real Time CME and Eurex Barchart feed through SC. I have a question regarding my IB account and paperwork from Barchart. SC is under my name. IB account is under my wife's and I have Power of Attorney or I'm a registered user. The Barchart paperwork is under my name. Is this a potential problem?

No this is not a problem at all.

The exchange will not do any type of checks in this regard. They have approved the technical method of account verification.

If I have a FX position through IB but my data feed is SC Forex, should I be able to still trade from chart and see position?
