Quick question. When a user is removed from the list or when the date is expired will users loose access after the next study reload or the next SC restart?

This is how it works:

Approximately version 1419 and lower:
When a Sierra Chart account is removed from the list of authorized users for a custom studies file or the current date is passed the expiration date, the user will still have access to the studies until they restart Sierra Chart.

Approximately version 1420 and higher:
When a Sierra Chart account is removed from the list of authorized users for a custom studies file or the current date is passed the expiration date, the user will still have access to the studies until they restart Sierra Chart. *Unless* they were to remove the study from the chart and add it again, close the Chartbook containing instances of the study and reopen it, open a Chartbook containing instances of the study, or add a new instance of the study. In any of these cases, they will not have access to the particular instances of the study which are involved in these operations.
