Is the realtime data not included in the trial ? I just need to see the charting is working and plan to sign up for it

Ok I figured out what the problem was. It was trying to connect to IQfeed and I switched it to SierraChart all services which are included in the trial. I have a chartbook which my friend sent me and i opened it but no charts or data is coming in. Every chart and quote window is blank. It is CME, NYMEX data. What am i doing wrong here?

The symbols probably need to be changed to the correct symbols which match the Sierra Chart data feed symbols. Tell us the symbol of one of the charts. You need to change the symbols of the charts to the Sierra Chart data feed symbols. In this particular case CLM16.
