Ok I figured out what the problem was. It was trying to connect to IQfeed and I switched it to SierraChart all services which are included in the trial. I have a chartbook which my friend sent me and i opened it but no charts or data is coming in. Every chart and quote window is blank. It is CME, NYMEX data. What am i doing wrong here?
