I recently had a client upgrade to 1406 and when he tries to connect to the TA data feed their is a brief popup stating Invalid Username and password 1.3.9.1. the popup then disappears and the software is stuck waiting to reconnect. Could this be an issue with the TA to Sierra Bridge? It only occurs when my client logs into his live or simulated live account. When i use my demo login credentials ATCharts are able to connect. |

Not sure why the pop-up dialog is automatically getting closed. It is not Sierra Chart doing that. The pop-up dialog is from the TransAct software and not Sierra Chart. Just make sure the TransAct Username and Password are correct in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Connection Details.
