I have a SC installed on two separate computers, one is configured to use the SC data feed and trade on Interactive Brokers, the other is configured to use CTS data and trading.

When I try to run them simultaneously, only one is allowed to connect and I get :

IT does the same thing if I try to run them on the same computer.

I have a level 5 subscription so I should be able to run 3 instances of SC, correct?
What am I doing wrong ?

Each of these instances will connect successfully if the other is not activated. I don't understand the conflict.

In the instance connected to CTS uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

Thank you, that worked.

If I want to set up the 3rd instance of SC which would also be looking at the SC Data feed and trading on Interactive Brokers for a different account do I maintain the support for SC Data Chart Feeds as checked or will I get the conflict again ?

In this particular case you need to go to this page and activate a second real-time connection:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures&UserID=104947

You do need to enable this option:
do I maintain the support for SC Data Chart Feeds as checked

Unless you will be using the Interactive Brokers data feed. In that case you do not need the second real-time connection.
