Not Getting Live Data - TF and NQ

Hello SC Support,
I'm not getting live feeds on Russell mini 2000 (TF) and Nasdaq mini (NQ). I'm using Rithmic feeds. The log is copied here. Please help. Thank you very much!

There is nothing in the message log which indicates a problem with NQM6-CME.

I updated the software based on the instruction. Now it's version 1406. I'm getting live data but the last price on charts doesn't update. This never happened before. Any ideas?

We saw this message from Rithmic earlier:
Rithmic is investigating a service outage today that has occurred today, 5/6/2016. An update notification will be sent when affected services are restored.
So it appears to be a problem with Rithmic.

I was mistaken earlier. I wasn't getting live data even after the software update.

It IS a Rithmic problem. Their trading platform is not updating with live data either. Hope they'll resolve this soon.

This has been resolved. We received an email notice from Rithmic about this.

Surprising they had an outage for such an extended time.

But we know that these things can happen. Technical problems do arise and no system is 100 percent reliable.
