I am running an SC data feed.

Charts for 2 markets are not updating, CL & 6E.

All other charts for other markets are updating.

I have restarted SC, deleted 6EM6 and CLM6 scid files and replaced them with new ones.

I have confirmed that my account is authorized for these feeds.

Any insights here?

You need to activate the CME Group exchange:

You do not have this activated on your account.

Update.

I had previously had the CME group activated, and on what I believe to be set on auto-renew.

I re-activated the CME group for this account and restarted SC and the data flowed.

However, later on during the 4th the data ceased flowing and a reboot was re-connect was required in the morning.

On the 5th, later in the evening, the data ceased flowing again.

This SC account is enabled for 3 machines to have data feeds.

This morning, I launched a second machine, and am able to connect to the SC data feed, but no data is updating.

Any insights here?

As an FYI, when I disconnect & reconnect to the SC data feed, charts can then get a notification that 'Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information'.

I am using the standard SC symbol such as 'ESM16' so I think that there may be some symbol confusion going on under the hood.

Since you are using the lower-priced CME Group exchange fee, you first need to connect Sierra Chart to your futures trading account at least once a month to receive the real-time CME data.

So this will have to be done at the beginning of the month.

Therefore, if you have a TransAct account, connect Sierra Chart to your Live TransAct account and then you can switch back to SC Data - All Services or continue to use the TransAct account.

For what is described in the above paragraph to work you also need to be on the very latest release of Sierra Chart which is 1406. Otherwise, you need to stay connected to your live trading account all the time.
