CTS T4 demo feed connection problem

Cannot connect to the CTS demo feed using user/password supplied by CTS. Their support indicated SierraCharts needed to make sure sim server configuration was being used and not the live server. I have selected SIM server in the data/trade set up window.

We can see you are using the T4 simulation server.

The only other explanation that we can offer is that either the Username or Password in the Connection Details frame in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings are not exactly correct. These need to be your T4 Username and Password.

This error shown in the Sierra Chart message log "Error getting server config details. " is from the T4 system.
