Can't get historical data for AMP/CQG on Version 1400

Getting data ok but no historical backfill for F.US.MJNKM16 and F.US.ENQM16 and anything else I look at. Started using the feed on Friday and that's as far as my charts can go back to so larger time frames are pretty empty.
