I have exactly the same chart with intraday ZB data that goes back 2200 days. In the primary instance, I can see all data. However, the same chartbook opened in sub-instance shows only a few days going back - roughly a month.
I'm currently on version 1388.

Make sure you are using the Continuous Futures Contract feature and re-download the data if necessary:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html

That page has all of the relevant documentation.

That's what I use, continuous volume based back adjusted contracts. As stated above, it works in the main instance but not in the sub-instance.

This does not make sense. There could not be a problem with this.

Did you follow through the procedure to re-download the data?

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

The Message Log you provided is from the Interactive Brokers instance.

Not the Sub Instance.

Restart the sub instance, and open just that one single chart and provide a copy of the Message Log from that instance.

OK, we saw this problem with another user as well but did not think of it in your case.

This is the problem:
ZB-201606-ECBOT [CBV] Renko 12t #2 | Symbol Settings not found for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart. | 2016-03-29 20:48:21
ZB-201606-ECBOT [CBV] Renko 12t #2 | There are no continuous futures contract symbols. Loading data normally. | 2016-03-29 20:48:21

Follow the instructions here to reset the Symbol Settings:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps

This symbol settings should have been received but maybe there was an error when that was done. The next release, will make sure they are downloaded if necessary.

I did but the problem still persists, even after recalculating chart. I sent another log from sub instances.

We have to think of a solution to this. But we realize the problem is you are using existing charts.

For the time being open new ones.
