When the Control Bar is set to floating, the official (I presume Microsoft driven header) is too tall/fat/thick compared to the other official Microsoft headers (sorry, don't know proper term for it) on say the Trade Window for Chart (see image 1) and the Main SC header (see image 2).

This makes it impossible to fit the Control Bar at the top of the screen and be no deeper/thicker that the Main SC header and Title Bar combined (see image 2).

The Control Bar header seems unnecessarily tall/fat/thick/deep given it just says 'Control Bar 2' and contains the Close icon'X'. Is it possible to narrow this by a tad/smidgen/couple of pixels?

Thanks

Chart window Tittle Bar and window borders too fat.
---------------------------------------------------
I have something similar. After reinstallation my notebook to Win10 became the Chart window borders too fat/thick. Image1 shows the window borders and tittle bar before reinstalling (i.e. thin) and image2 now (i.e. thick). Is it possible to reset the window borders to thin ones? Thanks.

In response to post #1, the Control Bar title bar is supposed to be a thinner title bar compared to other title bars. We tested that and verified it now.

Not sure why it is larger in your case. This is operating system controlled. So you should be able to find a way to change this on your side.

In response to post #2, this can be done through the Windows Control Panel display settings.

This is good. So now we know this is controlled by the "Palette titles" display related settings. We will add that to our documentation.

Post #2:
This problem occurs only with windows that are Attached (i.e. inside any Workbook). If the windows are Detached (outside any Workbook), the window style is allright, all the borders ale thin. Therefore I think, it could not be done through the Windows Control Panel. How could be there differentiated this two types of windows? Instead of this, I have not found any possibility in Win10 to set the window styles. Thanks.

There is no way Sierra Chart can control this. The window title bar and borders are operating system controlled.
