In response to post #1, the Control Bar title bar is supposed to be a thinner title bar compared to other title bars. We tested that and verified it now. Not sure why it is larger in your case. This is operating system controlled. So you should be able to find a way to change this on your side. In response to post #2, this can be done through the Windows Control Panel display settings.
