I have a problem with my Euro chart. For some reason my crosshair will not align with the price on the chart. If I want to draw a line at the top of a price candle my crosshair will either line up one tick below or one tick above where the price is. Can you help me with this please
Thanks

Apply the new Symbol Settings to the chart as explained here:

Thanks for the response
Unfortunately I have no understanding of Extensible markup language (xml) as said is required in your instructions. I could not follow the instructions in the link you provided.
How can we proceed to correct my problem with the euro chart

Thanks

Apparently your browser scrolled to the wrong position. The section is named "Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts". Here it is again:

Hello,

I have noticed this also.
Not sure if the instructions work the way I would expect.
I see that I can update information about each symbol, but the information is 0.0001 (to the pip) but not to the pipette (0.00010)
I've attached screenshot of what I see containing two examples of the situation:

1) a blue line drawn across the candles at 1.20000. Notice how the line cuts through wicks. I am unable to align the line with the candles directly. I can only move it up 1.20005 or down to 1.19995. I cannot align it with 1.20002, for example.
2) a cursor with the cursor information box overlayed on the trade window.
Notice how the cursor shows itself in between the high and the low of the candle.
The cursor position (Y) only moves in 0.00005 increments.
Perhaps it's normal, but I think that when drawing, people would want to be able to draw right to the (0.12345) position.

Is it possible to have the cursor and drawings be precise to 0.00001 rather than 0.00005?

Thank you.

The implication from what you are stating is that the Tick Size is incorrect. You would just need to adjust the Tick Size for the chart to match to the levels that the exchange is recording the data. For instance, if your Tick Size is 0.0005, then you may need to change it to 0.0001 or 0.00005. The exact value to change it to will depend on what you are seeing in your chart for the data. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
