The implication from what you are stating is that the Tick Size is incorrect. You would just need to adjust the Tick Size for the chart to match to the levels that the exchange is recording the data. For instance, if your Tick Size is 0.0005, then you may need to change it to 0.0001 or 0.00005. The exact value to change it to will depend on what you are seeing in your chart for the data.
