I am not crazy! (great way to start a support request huh?)

I have updated Sierra multiple times to version 1374 and it always seems to revert itself back to version 1325. Support will know that I updated as we did it together over the phone and through the sharing service, and now, we are back to version 1325 again today! I have done nothing that would revert backwards.

There are only 3 reasonable possibilities:

-You are now running Sierra Chart from a different folder which was not updated.
-System restore on your system restored prior version of Sierra Chart.
-Or some other program restored a prior version of Sierra Chart.

Sierra Chart has no capability to automatically update itself and it has no capability to even install a prior version of itself. So it is not Sierra Chart itself doing this. It cannot. This capability does not even exist within it. This is not an issue that other users are having either.

If you want us to connect your system again and update Sierra Chart we can do that and we will check for all instances of Sierra Chart on your system and make sure they are all up to date. Let us know.

I will delete the second installation of Sierra and see if that helps

I have only 1 instance of Sierra running and it is still doing this, Version 1325 yet again. I have updated to the latest probably 15 times now. I have no idea what is going on, there is no restore/reset running on my machine. This is extremely odd now

Could you search all of your drives on your computer system for the file SierraChart.exe. There should only be one of them.

Solved (I think!). I found another installation on a backup drive, deleted that and it seems to be updating and holding properly now, even though when I updated, it directed towards the correct installation. No idea why but happy that is done.
