There are only 3 reasonable possibilities: -You are now running Sierra Chart from a different folder which was not updated. -System restore on your system restored prior version of Sierra Chart. -Or some other program restored a prior version of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart has no capability to automatically update itself and it has no capability to even install a prior version of itself. So it is not Sierra Chart itself doing this. It cannot. This capability does not even exist within it. This is not an issue that other users are having either. If you want us to connect your system again and update Sierra Chart we can do that and we will check for all instances of Sierra Chart on your system and make sure they are all up to date.
