Cannot connect to CTS

I opened a practice account at CTS.
I followed all the instructions for connecting SC to CTS but the status bar is red and I get no live feed.
The Symbols list is populated.

In the DTS I chose the CTS T4 [trading] service.

When I log with the T4 platform I do get live feed.

If you select File >> Connect to Data Feed and nothing happens, then this indicates you are running the non-CLR version of Sierra Chart. Update to the CLR version by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

We are just about a week or so way of releasing our support for T4 FIX. This will work with our non-CLR version.
