TransAct datafeed and Sierra Chart Real Time Feed?

Hello, Support team, since I switched to TransAct/InfinityFutures trading I am not sure if the TransAct/InfinityFutures version of Sierra Chart is able to receive and process the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed? Thank you for your advice, Best, Chris |

Sorry, I did not mention having a direct account. So: I have an direct Sierra Chart account since years. As I understand I can use the Sierra Chart Real-Time data feed through the TransAct/InfinityFutures Sierra Chart version via File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds - am I correct? Yes, we do know you have a direct account. However, you you need to log into Sierra Chart using those direct account details to be able to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds
That option does have to be enabled in addition activating the data feed on your account.
