Yes, we do know you have a direct account. However, you you need to log into Sierra Chart using those direct account details to be able to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds
That option does have to be enabled in addition activating the data feed on your account.
