Hi All I try to dwonload CFD data from Volkswagen or ING Bank For Volkswagen the code is: VOW3d-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG or VOW3-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG, but don,t work For ING Bank the code is: INGa-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG or ING-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG, but don,t work. I can download the stock data for both stocks. My broker is Interactivebrokers. But I need also CFD, because I want trade CFD by using the chart (in Sierra chart: Chart trade mode on). Can somebody help out? Best, Iwan |

HI All, I can download the Example in the above link, bu not INGa-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG or VOW3d-CFD-SMART-EUR-BAAVG. Even if I put IB in fornt of the code. Best, Iwan |

Use this symbol: INGa-CFD-SMART-EUR From documentation: Use this symbol format to chart and trade a CFD symbol when Interactive Brokers requires the market data for the underlying symbol be requested instead. It is important that when using this symbol format, that there are no other symbols being used within Sierra Chart at the same time for the same CFD symbol with the -BAAVG suffix. Otherwise, you will not receive market data for the symbol.

No we did not test it but it may not work in our case anyway because of the account that we have for testing. But the CFD symbol formats have been previously tested.
